“Ra’s journey” is another image from a recent assignment on Egyptian Myths for the Educational Publishing Industry. It depicts Ra sailing through the sky into darkness on his daily journey through the heavens. His boat represents the sun in its eternal passage from the lands of light to Darkness. The assignment targeted grade level 6 .
