“Osiris and Set” is another illustration from an Educational Publishing assignment on Egyptian Myths. It was painted in Photoshop and depicts Set tricking his brother to lie in the specially prepared chest that will lead to Osiris’s death. Some theorize the highly ornate chest is the precursor to the Egyptian sarcophagus and mummification process.
