“Watermelon Seeds” was created for a Blackjack Tournament Invitation and was painted from scratch in Photoshop (including the seeds which were painted in the shape of the four card suits as seen in detail at left). It was used as a die cut and folded invitation for The Golden Nugget, Las Vegas for their Black Jack Tournament and was commissioned by Brown & Partners. The folded cover (top right image) appeared as a slice of water melon before opening; revealing the entire illustration inside (bottom right image).
